Long John SIlvers on Princess Anne

Last night approximately 9:30pm the police had the Long John Silvers on Princess Anne Road (right near Kempsville Rd) surrounded. They had shotguns and pistols drawn. There must have been 12 VBPD cars in the median and the adjacent parking lots. But I cant find out anything about it on the news channels, the online paper or the VBPD ePro site. Does anyone know what happened?
