The law that restricts carry outside of hunting season to a .22 rimfire has been removed. They voted on it last year and comparing last years regulation book to this years it is not in there. Here is a link, and the gamelands section starts on page 57.

The restriction used to be located between the discharge rule and the turkey season rule. Basically it was the second bullet, but now it's gone! :celebrate Bear in mind this does not neccessarily change the rules on boat ramps, etc. Just on the gamelands.
