Why are not these elected officials arguing for reciprocity, no other city in
the nation has the authority to make there own decisions on reciprocity.
Many mayors try, but only the crooks in DC seem to be allowed, in
clear violation of equal protection clause, to do this.

Must be an election year for King to argue anything, he couldn't spot a criminal
if he looked in a mirror.:shock:
