Newbie to NC with OC Question

Hello all,

I am new to NC from CA the gun restriction capital of the world. I was just wondering if loaded OC was legal here. By the look of the post on the boards it is but I want to have all my facts straight before I go out into public. Any and all suggestions and answers are welcome. Glad to be ina gun friendly state.

Yep, loaded OC is legal here. Welcome to the free(er) world.

You can start with small trips to get more comfortable with the idea if needed.

yup its legal... actually NC law has no distinguishment between loaded and unloaded...

ok suggestions...

1) get your CHP (just cus you couldnt in CA)

2) go get an evil assault weapon

3) buy some hi-cap mags

have fun!!!
