You can have your warped opinion all you want on your own time. The problem comes when you have it on government time.

As long as you keep your hair-brained ideas to yourself when we are paying you, all is good.

just judging from his (?) posts here, if he is transit security, that would explain his entire attitude...not smart enough to be on a PD, therefore nothing but a frustrated rent-a-cop who would be the first to violate our rights given half a chance. from the posts, it seems as though he flunked the psychological testing & is forevermore relegated to the ranks of wanna be.

XTS5K is the portable, XTL5K is the mobile, 'buddy'...

You'd be surprised by the information that can be hidden by a 'public' license plate.

'Hide in plain Sight'...

The task is, make things so painfully obvious that noone bothers to inspect closer...

Just curious, did you see all 7 antennas on it? Or did you miss a few?

All,

Regarding the requirement to have a CPL to carry a loaded gun on the monorail..... it IS perfectly legal for a non-CPL holder to open carry a loaded handgun on the monorail, according to RCWs.

Very Respectfully,
Navy LT
going to ask what type of vehicle does the monorail fall under then? since it is a motorized vehicle.

by rcw's it is

"Transportation vehicle" means a mechanized vehicle that is used to transport goods or people including, but not limited to, airplanes, automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, buses, trains, boats, ships, streetcars, or monorail cars.

"Rail fixed guideway system"

-----------------------------------

which then it does fall under

(2)(a) A person shall not carry or place a loaded pistol in any vehicle unless the person has a license to carry a concealed pistol and: (i) The pistol is on the licensee's person, (ii) the licensee is within the vehicle at all times that the pistol is there, or (iii) the licensee is away from the vehicle and the pistol is locked within the vehicle and concealed from view from outside the vehicle.

-------------------------------------

thus making it illegal to carry on the monorail
