Rights are like muscles. You must EXERCISE THEM to keep them from becoming atrophied.

I just hope he knows how to "talk" with the police, with his lips shut.

    I hope he lawyered up!
Anything I post may be my opinion and not the law... you are responsible to do your own verification.

Blackstone (1753-1765) maintains that "the law holds that it is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer."

The appropriate thing to say when the police get there is "he attacked me, I'm the victim, I have no further comments, I want to talk to my lawyer"
Answer every question about open carry in Michigan you ever had with one convenient and free book- http://libertyisforeveryone.com/open-carry-resources/

The complete and utter truth can be challenged from every direction and it will always hold up. Accordingly there are few greater displays of illegitimacy than to attempt to impede free thought and communication.

Good for the cabbie. He's a good manwith a gun.

Driving a cab is dangerous work. My dad did it for many years. He got stuck up a few times. Not pretty. Too many chuckleheads out there think a cabbie is an easy score.

I've known a few cabbies over the years, and ALL of them carried a gun.
