I know you can find it at http://www.louisianacarry.org/caselaw/fluker.htm but I'm looking for an OFFICIAL link (like off www.lasc.org). Anyone have it or able to find it? I've searched for over an hour now...

    Thanks for any help!

You may not know this, but in Law, the "official" publication is of some value, but the real opinion , the one judges and lawyers use, is published by a private company, most often West Publishing.

Get yourself to a law library; find the Southern Reporter 2nd, and look up this cite: 311 So. 2d 863.

Take some time learning how to use the headnotes and the 'Words and Phrases' digests.
