You may not know this, but in Law, the "official" publication is of some value, but the real opinion , the one judges and lawyers use, is published by a private company, most often West Publishing.

Get yourself to a law library; find the Southern Reporter 2nd, and look up this cite: 311 So. 2d 863.

Take some time learning how to use the headnotes and the 'Words and Phrases' digests.
