The term “open carrying” refers to one who is in possession of a holstered, unloaded firearm on his or her person, displayed in plain view.

HUH???!

So when does open carrying refer to unloaded?

I know it is commufornia law but still....

Officer I had time to load my gun and shoot the bad guy!

Well wouldnt you have time to retreat instead of loading your gun unless cornered.

Its seems like open carrying in california could be bad very bad.
