Novatac 120p. 120 lumens. Perfect size for me to carry all the time (small). Has programmable modes so I can configure full brightness, a low mode (0.3 lumens) and a middle range, among other things. Has a great pocket clip. 150$

Novatac has some cheaper models that can't be programmed, but still have a bunch of different levels for light setting etc.
