Dear John,
There is no policy against customers carrying their handgun in our stores as long as he/she is legally licensed by their state to carry.
As a private property owner, Wal-Mart has the authority and ability ask customers to leave or to remove their handgun on case-by-case basis if it is causing any kind of a problem.
