IWB with tucked shirt count as open carry?

Hello, I have a question. Does it count for unlicensed open carry to wear your gun in an IWB holster but with your shirt tucked in behind the holster so it is clearly visible? I ask because I do not have my CHL yet, but there is an IPSC tomorrow at Douglas Ridge and I want to wear my new fancy leather IWB. I have crappy fobus paddle holsters if this is not possible, but then I can't show off, hehe.

I guess it all depends on who sees you. I read some stories on these boards about people being charged with conceal carry and they were open carrying. I'm sure someone will chime in with more knowledge than I have. My thinking is...if it can be seen, then it's not concealed.

I carry IWB shirt tucked behind it sometimes. A sheriff explained it to me this way, "When I look at you can I see a gun? Yes? It's OC."
