All Texas Gun Owners should sign this petition.

The Texas State Rifle Association (TSRA) should be solidly behind this movement instead of laying lazy asleep under a shadow tree somewhere.

The Texas CHL Association, instead of opposing and dragging their feet on this issue, should also be behind this movement prodding and kicking the TSRA until unrestricted open carry is allow in Texas. Why are they not ? Maybe their so leaders are protecting their job security as conceal handgun license instructors - training instructors and students instead of protecting the Rights of Texans !

Pro 2A lobbies (NRA, GOA, SAF, CCRKBA, SAS, etc) and other Pro 2A Organizations which are not lobbies (MSSA, Gun clubs,Hunt clubs)- it is theirDUTY and their members DUTY to protect all"ARMS" (firearms, knives, tomahawks, etc) - we must root out evil where ever it is found, regardless of the organization.

Since 1909 (at least), we have been on a slope of downward movement in the REPUBLIC (notice I did not say democracy) with freedom and liberty being tossed out with the bath water just like a baby due to this kind of thinking - "only serves to alienate 2A'sdemocratic allies" - forget the "PC Crapola", there has been too much comprise and giving away CITIZENS Rights, Liberty, Freedom, and out Tax Dollars in the USA and overseas.

Gun Control is People Control - look to Europe to Asia to Africa to the USA and anywhere else in the world. In the last 100 years, 55 million Citizens and Subjects around the world of their own country have been killed by their own government.

To borrow the words, "They are either against us or with us", "no riding the fence", and in 1968 - "there's not a dime's worth of difference between a republican and a democrat".

Every True Real American not just "ARMS" owners (80,000,000 plus) should be members of the U.S. Constitutional Party, then we would win every election and get this country turned around 180 degrees headed in the Right Correct direction. The Silent Majority has been silent for far too long - at least 100 years.

Did you know TEXAS in 1873, while TEXAS Citizens were still fighting Indians, the Carpet Bagger Blue Belly so called ReConstruction Yankees in charge of TEXAS, outlawed OPEN CARRY in TEXAS !

mao tse tung and hitler as well as others have been qouted as to the potency of guns, one which rings very true is : one man with a gun can control hundreds, i think i qouted right. problem is, if a cop thinks you have no right to carry, he'll be on that radio. most cops will say: you may beat the rap, but you won't beat the ride.in most cases that's true. triing to sue a cop is tanamount to being blindfolded in a room full of obstacles and sharp weapons. the suit would be on violation of the fourth, and depending on the judge you may not even win if you are right. cops seem to have immunity, as do judges.

Doesn't it say anywher in the Texas Constitution " Equal Protection of the laws " ?

If Leo's can carry with out a license, and judges & DA's ETC, the question is who works for whom. Who is the master and who is the servants.

Is it not "We the People "? Robin47
