MrBi11 and I are both pretty close to Burton and can both be at the park before 11am to reserve tables.

Is that OK or were there others already planning on doing this?

Thanks for the offer, but I do have the pavillion reserved for Kelly Lake for the picnic on 8/23. That line about having someone get there an hour earlyis added to every eventin the events thread since a lot of places where we picnic either do nottake pavillion reservations or there is a fee. We are lucky that Burton does not charge. If someone is already there using the pavillion, I just have to pull out my form & kick 'em out! :uhoh:
