I looked up the information for MTA- Flint To see if they had anything on CPL/CCW or open carry. I found nothing. And nothing in the CPL laws that says we can't so we must be good to go.

Has anyone open carried on a City buses yet.
The use of force is a last resort. One aspect of violence is that it is unpredictable. Although your initial intention may be to use limited force, once you have engaged in violence the consequences are unpredictable. Violence always brings about unexpected results and almost always provokes retaliation.

I've OC'd on the buses in Ann arbor.

Keep in mind - to OC on any vehicle, you MUST have a CPL.

Since the buses are publically owned, they cannot impose any restriction on carry.

Giving up our liberties for safety is the one sure way to let the violent among us win.
