Hi everybody! My name is Theo and I just came across this website today. I'm eighteen years old and I am going to be attending my first year of college this upcoming week.

I'm a strong advocate for the second amendment, and I've always said " As soon as I'm old enough I want to carry a gun to protect myself and my family. " Unfortunately, I didn't do my research.

I live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and I'm unsure where exactly I can find the law. Do you have to be eighteen or twenty-one to lawfully open carry a sidearm?

Secondly, if it's eighteen and I am indeed eligible, how do I go about acquiring the necessary paperwork to do such a thing.
