The city of Waukesha? I'm sure there is something illegal about discharging a firearm in the city limits.

Depends on your local ordinance, or lack of them. If you're in WI you live in either a city, village or township. Whichever it is, check their ordinances. If they have one that regulates the discharge of a firearm, then you have to follow that. If they don't have an ordinance regulating the discharge of firearms, or one that allows it for you, then happy shooting!

Yes, I noticed they do not publish their ordinances on line. I would suggest calling the town clerk and asking if they have any regulation of the discharge of firearms. If it's a predominately rural municipality they probably do not, but ask to be certain. Even better, get it in writing.

If you are allowed to, let me know and I would be glad to stop over with mine.

Thanks a lot I got it worked out IN WRITING. So if somebody does not like it I have proof when the cops come.
