I just started looking at the Nevada board.

I am in Reno and Carson City every month or two for work, own avacation house on Mt. Rose, and have been open carrying for 4-5 years when the weather is right. I have open carried everywhere except for casinos, including downtown Reno and Carson City. When I am in a casino, I conceal because I want the California tourists to keep coming back and supporting the local economy.

I have never had an issue with either LEOs or private citizens. I will add that I do work for a couple of local law enforcement agencies, but the street cops have no idea who I am. In fact, a couple of years ago I approached two street cops (one Reno PD and one Washoe County) at the Starbucks on South Virginia in Reno and asked them about open carry while open carrying. They both told me that both departments educate their officers that open carry is legal in Nevada and by itself does not provide probable cause for a stop.
