Probably too late to answer for you, but I did a long time ago. Haven't been back there since. Decent enough food, ate at first floor bar. Wasn't about to get all slicked up for the third floor.

just got back. no problems. manager even gave us the happy special pricing even though it was after happy hour. fodd was ok. not great.

Some reviews I have read that people posted said basically the same thing. A step up from your chili's/applebees/tuesdays/fridays/logans/roadhouse type stuff with a fish twist, but it's not THAT big of a step up and costs more, lol. Sweetwater and Bonefish are better.
