I am going to the Mile High Flea Market Saturday, 29 Aug 2009, and according to my map it is not in Denver. My question: Can I open carry ordo I have to conceal, or is the flea market posted NO Guns?

    Any help is much appreciated

It's definitely not in Denver so either OC or CC would be fine. I've never actually been there so I dont know if it's posted "No Guns" but I doubt it.

Someone else on here might know...

LEGALLY, you could open carry. However, I'm not sure if it's considered private property. If it is private property, then they have a right to ask you to leave.
I have CC'd there many times before without issue. I don't recall ever seeing any signs.

Thanks for the replies. I will definately be carrying and have a few days to decide on the method. I may opt for CC, as I believe we will be eating lunch in Denver; and maybe I will do both.
