First off Hello to everyone, I'm new here and have a question that I can't seem to find an answer to. I understand that when you are OCing and you enter a vehicle it is considered CC. I know that you must unload the firearm and put it in a case in the trunk of the car. my question is, is it legal to keep a loaded magazine in your pocket with the gun in its case in the trunk. to me it seems like it would be dangerous to be in a parking lot somewhere loading a magazine so that you can continue on foot OCing. Thank you in advance for your responses.

Yes you can have a loaded magazine in your pocket or even in the case with the weapon, just as long as the gun is unloaded.
