    Here's another example of OC simply not being an issue in NH. A group of activists in Manchester gathered in front of the courthouse on jury selection day, and handed out Fully Informed Jury Association (FIJA) pamphlets, informing prospective jurors of their right to acquit if they find the law unjust.
