I believe my wife started a thread in the wrong area for me. We are having a informational meeting for Doswell residents and business owners, for emergency responseduring fair days,at the place in mention. Keeping in mind it is no longer a school, or used as exclusively K-12 school. It is private property with no, no guns signs posted. Is not federal land I think I am legal to OC. If any one may have any information of something I am forgetting please let me know.
