Does this have any standing in Wisconsin? I see that it is in the District of New Mexico. Wondering if this can be used in any cases in Wisconsin.

Courts like to cite rulings from other courts whether in their jurisdiction or not. So it will help. I think the main issue it helps with is denying the officers qualified imunity.
