I'd be very curious to know this. Most of us that open carry have had the "sir, Sir, SIR" echo whether walking into Walmart or approached by a LEO. We even may ignore it at first knowing what the "sir" is about, but, what about the deaf aspect? I can only imagine that such an event may be even more gruff than normal, especiallyfrom an ignorant LEO. Ignorant obviously meaning he doesn't know that our brother is deaf.If you are out there, sir, do you carry a voice recorder and leaflets? Thanks..Louisiana. My voice recorder is always on prior to a possible confrontation,eg., exiting car walking into Home Depot.

Hmmm... can you be charged with illegal voice recording if you are not a party to the conversation because you are deaf?

I would think that just because you are deaf and/or dumb doesn't mean you can't be party to a conversation.
