Shot one of these at the Arlington Range last year. A .44 Magnum and it was fun. Because the barrel is lower and closer to the centerline of the overal gun the recoil is more of a "straight back" action and the muzzle doesn't climb as much. That said, I wouldn't buy one. Too big and bulky with far to much to go wrong. Kind of defeats the main purpose of a revolver, it's simplicity and reliability.
