We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

Kuck and Goldberg Cases

For the CCDL folks that went it was more of a learning experience on how the court operates. It was a really long day!! Got up extremely early to get there for 10:00 am, we were out of the court before noon (cases 2 & 3 on the docket).
It was nice to meet Rachael. She argued both cases at the same time (not easy to do). The judges were equally difficult with their questions to the attorneys on both sides.
When our cases completed their arguments we left with Peter and Rachael and all their supporters.
We have not heard anything about the decision yet. Hopefully Ed will post the final decision when he gets word.
