Under the "Survey" section of the application, Question 3 asks "Have you been convicted of any misdemeanor listed on the CPL Guide in the 8 years preceding this application?"
In the CPL Guide, there are two sections of misdemeanors. One section of "8 year" misdemeanors and another section of "3 year" misdemeanors.
Does the survey question pertain to just the misdemeanors in the "8 year" section or does it pertain to misdemeanors from BOTH sections?
