I'm looking for a smith that can hard chrome the slide of my M&Pc. I checked out a few folks online, but I didn't see any info about turnaround time. I don't want to be without a slide for a long period of time, obviously. I'd prefer to deal locally... but I'm willing to explore options.

I contacted Lasermax about an internal laser sight for M&P and they say they have plans to roll one out by the end of the year. As of today, though, I haven't seen one yet.

I already load up full-size mags with X-Grips. Very happy with this setup, so far.

As for hard chrome on your slide have you talked to Todd at CustomizedCreationz? I think he does hard chrome as well as cerakote.

I've had Todd do a few smith jobs for me.
While at his place I've seen some of his work. His website pictures don't do the work justice. It is truly artwork. He's got quite a set-up of machine equipment to fab parts also.

Turn around time is pretty quick too.

He's located right off Van Dyke freeway at 26 Mile Rd.

He's on my list of things to do. When I'm ready to have work done, I'll be sure to see him.

    Thanks for the tip, guys!
