RCW 9.41.070

(1) The chief of police of a municipality or the sheriff of a county shall within thirty days after the filing of an application of any person, issue a license to such person to carry a pistol concealed on his or her person within this state for five years from date of issue, for the purposes of protection or while engaged in business, sport, or while traveling.

So while it has been 30 days, I am guessing that they will say “since you didn’t pre-sign the original license, your application wasn’t complete and doesn’t fall under the thirty day requirement”

This really sucks and doesnt seem right to me. I know their probably isnt that many people in walla walla trying to apply, but I think this should be addressed.

For anyone that is curious about this, was able to finally get them to mail the form to me that needed signing, I just mailed it back yesterday, so I should have my permit next week. I am glad it all worked out.:dude:
