Detained in Westland

The below happened on the 18 of September 2009

Was just detained by Westland police, 5 cars and one bike. Was issued ticket for brandishing. Recorder on. Will file FOIA ASAP.

Updates to follow when possible.

Very curious about the "brandishing" charge! I realize you can't go into details, but as far as the AG opinion and definition of the act. If it stayed in your holster, there is no charge

That's kind of "funny" because when I was stoped I only got one car and a drive by and the LEO told me "no one said it wasn't legal"when I said what i was doing was legal.

Another win for OC would be to SUE THEM for violating your Civil Rights. Don't lie down. Take it to the next level.

They dismissed the charge because they realized they F'ed up. HOWEVER, that does not "make it right" for how they treated you.
