I'm no firearms expert by any means...but, does the barrel on that AR look a little short? I know SBR's are legal with proper ATF paperwork, but apparently the cops didn't mind....which is a GOOD thing

yeah I know....not that I'd want to spend an extra $200 on a gun, and have to wait for months to get approval to own it, but it'd be nice if the state would give us the right to do so if we chose
