Yet another CPL question:

Can someone point me to the Code/Law that allows or prohibits a CPL holder carrying aboard his/her private, powered watercraft?

Or.....w/o the CPL.....carrying once on board said craft.

I see the familiar "...except as otherwise permitted...".

Does that imply that because it is NOT shown to be ILLEGAL, it is legal?

I had a retired LEO tell me even HE was not authorized to have a gun aboard his boat.
