Of course they were... Probably eats every meal paid for by your tax dollars, unemployed (ACORN job description of "mugger" as Urban Welcoming Specialist doesn't count), "fathered" several children by different mothers and wearing $200 tennis shoes to the soup kitchenwhile living in "Public Housing".
