Perhaps this Rasmussen poll is and indication of a resurgence of plain old common sense in this country?

Common sense has never been common in this country, or any other for that matter. It appears to me that what's happened is that more people areaccepting reality instead of wishful thinking.

I don't know, what percentile 85 million is to the total population, but it's roughly 28% of the citizens in this country are armed. Most of us are quiet, unproposing people, but we believe deeply in our "unalienable rights", as granted by "Our Maker" and guarenteed us by the 2nd Amendment.
Most of us have seen these rights eroded and chipped away incrementaly over the years, and are tired of it. Whereupon, we are now speaking out in numbers that are too large to be ignored. therefore, if the Secular Progressive Statist do not pay attention, very soon there will be a lot of pink slips being given out to those who are opponents of the Constitution. Just me sayin' it.
Keep your powder dry!
