I received this below on e-mail floating around on the internet.

Senator Baucus and Tester - you make the news again ! this time Senate Bill 1261 PASS ID. Time would be better spent on a resignation letter before the recall petition goes through for both of you. Baucus = Is it True that you are not going to run for re-election so you are pulling out all stops and do not care what the people of Montana think so you canfill your baskets before you depart WDC ? Tester = these types of bills will not get you re-elected as Senator or a dog catcheror to be the Governor of Montana.

Just because you change the name from REAL ID to PASS ID does not mean the people want it or that you can sneak it by us, MONTANA has already rejected this crap in the past, why bring it up again, if there is nothing more in WDC to do than this and the Health Care trash, then come back to Montana and go to work on a county gang chain chopping weeds or better yet go to Arizona and stay in Sheriff Joe Arpiao County Jail and wear pink underwear and coveralls.

Recommend you remove you names as CO-SPONSORS of this bill. This S 1261 PASS ID is against everything MONTANA stands for.

To: Governor of the State of Montana, the Attorney General of the State of Montana, Senators Baucus and Tester, Representative Rehberg, Gary Marbut President of Montana Shooting Sports Association, the NRA, SAF, SAS, GOA, U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance,National Wild Turkey Federation,Montana Outfitters and Guides Association, and JPFO, over 200 other e-mail addresses in Montana and across the Nation, posted on six Second Amendment type of Forums on the internet, Sheriff, Mayor, and County Commissioners, etc ..

please distribute to all your e-mail addresses, Governors, Attorney General's, Senator's, Representatives, Sheriff's, Mayor's, County Commissioner's across Montana and the Nation

The people of Montana elect these Demorats and then they are surprised when they do something like this?

Sounds like a back door means to find out who has guns. I many states, our DL is connected to our carry permits. Example;in TN, the ID number on our HCP is the same as our DL. Anyone with a carry permit is obviously a gun owner, right?

    BINGO !

After 150 views of this post, your are the first one to smart enough to realize or the first one with a pair of balls to openly state it - YES D.L. and HCL CWP CCW or whatever the heck name they are called where you live are tied together.

Baucus and Tester are from MONTANA, yet not one person MONTANA has posted anything on this, maybe a reading problem or a testerone problem.

In MONTANA D.L. and CWP numbers are different numbers butif Peace Officer pulls up one number then the other number pops up too ! So, yes even in MONTANA if your D.L. number is run then CWP number shows up which means you are a gun owner. DeFacto- GunOwnerList by Name, Address, andPhone Number which is available to any PeaceOfficer in the Nation at any level - Fed, State, County, and City.Which is why in MONTANA you do not have to inform at Peace Officer you are carrying, he already assumes you are since he knows you have a CWP which means you own gun(s).

Also, your MONTANA D.L. is tied in the computers to your License Plate Numberson your Vehicles, therefore as soon as your License Plate Number is run they know you have a CWP and are a gun owner.

This is just one of many reasons why some not all MONTANA Peace Officer Agency heads want to keep and require the Montana CWP system and not allow any Vermont or Alaska type conceal carry withouta permit in the State of MONTANA to be passed in Helena MONTANA as was tried in 2009. I hear 2011 Montana will again try for a Vermont/Alaska conceal carry system and the current CWP will still be available if one desires to use it.

There are those who coward in their insecurity for many unacceptable reasons, the biggest two here seems to be a Commie / Nazis / Fascist mindset and job security. Perhaps some of you, would agree it would be easier just to use one number - for D.L., License Plates, CWP, Soc Sec, etc, etc then also have that number "branded" on your forehead, left arm, and right buttock, kind of like WWII Nazis did to the German Jews before they murdered over6 million them, less than 65-70 years, nor that long agois Bosnia or Kosovo, Southwest Asia,or Africamass graves in the 1990's andthorughout 2000's in the last0 to 17 years ago, whereten of thousands to millions were and are murdered.

MONTANAneeds to Recall Baucus for many reasons - three big one's Second Amendment, REAL/PASS ID,and National Health Care along with the fact he is an embrassment to MONTANA.

Tester will get the message and probably change his ways or find a hole somewhere to ride out his time until the next election.

I am truly amazed the HIGHLY VOCAL TRIO from KALISPELL MONTANA have not called for the Recall of Baucus and voiced their opposition to DL/CWP/License Platestied together, REAL/PASS ID, National Health Care along with their support for the SECOND AMENDMENT.

Thank YOU ! Task Force 16Campaign Veteran

Have you ever considered making a thread without an ALL CAPS title? I mean, it seems you figured that out in a couple places, but still... internet yelling is considered quite rude.

If you'll closely (that is, when they let us)at all the legislation that the Dems have been pushing, you'll find that most of it is a backdoor to something else unrelated.

Here's an example of how they roll, and how bald-faced about it they are:

I just got a response ( I sent the Email a month ago) from Senator Warner on Obamacare. He attached a FAQ sheet. Among the FAQ:

"WILL the Senate Health Bill be passed as a Tax Bill?"

"NO. According to the Constitution, all Tax bills must originate in the House of Representatives. Rather, the House will pass their bill as a tax bill which will be used as a vehicle for the Senate bill. When the House bill arrives in the Senate the House language will be entirely stripped out and replaced with the Senate language. This is common practice in the Senate"

    :?:shock::what::what::what::what:WHAT!!??

See, if it is ORIGINATED in the HOUSE as a TAX BILL then whatever the Senate puts in this "Vehicle" is a tax that "originated in the House". THAT way they can use the IRS to shake people down to pay for this boondoggle. Of course Warner didn't mention that part.

I was asked by a smartypants Anti if I thought the Government shoulld be overthrown. My response was no, not at all; but it may become necessary at some point to re-instate it. Case in point above.

    SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS.

The Secular Progressives ALWAYS try to backdoor everything. After all, Obama appointed an actively gay man that has links to the organization known as Nambla (North American Man-boy Love Association)
Not that I'm homophobic but anyone that writes a book that talks about "The Qeering of Elementary Education just kinda sets my skin crawling.

This BS about a "National ID sorta gets me thinking of "The Mark of the Beast" No offense to those of you who are non-believers, but it also gets my skin crawling.

Ah, so now the false paradigms of partisanship are defined by being "secular" vs ecclesiastical?

    Awesome.

Well, to my knowledge secular means "Of this world" Most if not all of the "Progressives" if you'll look that one up, just Google it Marshaul, it's easy,,see there I knew that you could are either atheists or have very little faith in anything but their form of "science" as it were. I have no clue as to where you came up with that eccliastical BS but it is a book in the Bible, Ecclesiatis, but to what you are referring escapes me.
Just check out some of the beliefs of the Czars that currently sit in the White house as "special advisers". It's not a false paradigm about anything it's damn scary.

I agree it's scary, but it has nothing to do with it being "secular" vs not.

Czars have been around since the "religious right" (i.e. moralists in government) instituted the highly un-christian institution of drug prohibition.

It's not something that's limited to the "secular left". The politicians representing the "religious right" are guilty of nearly identical statist tendencies, usurpations of power, and generally authoritarian actions, and have been for as long as the "secular left".

(I use quotes because the language is yours, not mine. I reject such arbitrary divisions.)

As for "ecclesiastical", in common usage it means "of or relating to the christian church". Basically an antonym of "secular" in the context you meant. Just google it, KansasMustang.

Here in Kentucky, our auto registration (license plate, which is the first thing they run when you're stopped) lets LE know ifthe registrant of the auto has a ccdw permit.DL lets them know also (which, believe it or not, puts LEO at ease when he KNOWS, a verified permit holder may be in the car and dosen't have to guess), but that's not checked until he returns to his car with it. Problem being, and we've discussed this same thing a couple of months ago, if mybrother drives my car and is stopped by LE, does the computer know that he's driving it and not me? No, not until the LEO checks his DL.

I'm an Atheist, and I can assure you that I'm not a "Progressive". In fact, I think that moniker is a false description the so called "progressives" hide behind. "oppressive's" is a more correct handle for them.

Where are all the MONTANA People on:

    Baucus

    Tester

    Real ID / Pass ID

    National Health Care

    Recalling Baucus

DL / CWP / SSN / License Plates all tied together to ID Gun Owners

Should MONTANA be allowed to conceal carry withOUT a CWP everywhere they can now carry with a CWP ? A.K.A. Vermont/Alaska Style

Should MONTANA be able to carry OPEN and CONCEALED with and without CWP in

    (1) BARS

    (2) Eating Establishments with Wine Beer Whiskey being sold and served

    (3) Rodeo's

    (4) FairGrounds

    (5) In City, County, and State Public Building - including the State Capitol buildings

    (6) In parking lots and in Building of the Post Office, Social Security, Forest Service,BLM, and National Park Service ?

    (7) on local trains in Montana like the Tourist Train in Lewistown MONTANA

Where else can in MONTANA can CITIZENS not carry open and concealed with and without CWP besides the above ?

Surely MONTANA has some Pro SECOND AMENDMENT and PRO CONSTITUTION Citizens ? Even with two Radical Liberal Senators Baucus and Tester with ideas they lean strongly Socialism, Fascist, Nazis, and Commies along with a bunch of State Legislators that meet in Helena that think just like Baucus.

Very true! However, if you register your vehicle in the name of a Living Trust, that is the name that the cop will see, and not your own name. (You'd just be trustee of theliving trust and not the actual owner.)
