Here's a link to VCDL Membership applications.

Take a bunch of copies with you.

There's also a download pamphlet there somewhere, I can never find it.

Someone else will be along to help with that, I'm sure.

And thanks for being an advocate for truth!

eta: Here are links to brochures and handouts.

Per their web site http://www.urbannaoysterfestival.com/directions/index.htm,

Your safety while at the Oyster Festival is important to all of us here in Urbanna. Please comply with the following festival safety rules:
- No Pets.
- No Private golf carts and/or ATV type vehicles within the town festival limits.
- No Alcoholic Beverages.
- No water taxis will be operating.
As the festival takes place pretty much on public property, I would guessOC would be legal. Be aware of those times when you enter private property. No need to ask permission about carrying as your good conductwill probably be a reason for nothing being said.

If you encounter law enforcement, remember the "rules":

1) turn on your voice recorder 2) be polite but get names3) don't argue the law on the street 4) follow up on any action you believe violated your rights by first confirming you had a right and that it was violated.

stay safe.
