Looks like the guy in the hoodie got excited and didn't think he pulled the trigger. It looks like he jumps back after firing, almost as if he didn't expect it? :?

Another reason why you shouldn't have a finger on the trigger. Unfortunately for the employee, he wasn't able to defend himself...
