The audio of the arguments presented by Attorney Rachel Baird should allow everyone the oppurtunity to now know that the Second Circut Court of Appeals has been properly informed regading the Connecticut Constitution and State Law.

Whether or not they send the Kuck and Goldberg cases back to the District Court for further development as requested is something we should watch very closely.

I'm attaching Attorney Rachel Baird's arguments to the Court at the bottom of this post.
