I would gladly help. I have a HD recorder. How many people will be there and what sportsman club is it. I am fairly new to open carry so I think this also is a great opportunity for me to learn something new and participate in the events. Let me know if you need my assistance.

I have a video recorder and tripod. Would be happy to bring it or assist someone else.

I also have a video editing suite and can make multiple type copies (DVD, MPEG, etc).
