I was disgusted when I went to Borders at Beldon Village Canton,OH and as soon as you enter the parking lot its CPZ all over the whole strip. Please be careful if you decide to shop in that area,the whole privately owned mall and maybe surrounding shopping areas may be a CPZ. Live Free and Prosper
