You ever notice how that bright red spot in the middle kind of looks like those two states are just "flipping off" the whole rest of the country?

Image worky okiedayhere...
maybe time to clean / free up disc space / defrag / restart pooter or some other magical pooter stuff.
I don't know how or why these things work, because I don't know much about this idiot box. I just do those things when mine starts slowing down or doesn't like to show pics anymore...

A real pooter guy (or gal) can prolly hook you up with a fix.

P.S. Stop looking at those porn movie clips. They take up a lot of space and leave cracker crumbs in your pooter. Guess that's better than in bed, but still...

Wisconisn ismiles different fromILin regards tocitizens rights. We are not the best right now, but in no way should WI be compared to the peoples republic of Illinois.

We just need to have a few specific laws redacted and we will be the epitome of a gold-star state. We are in the works of accomplishing that taskright now.

The state of WI does not require a person to beg the state police, and to pay for permission to bear the privilege to possess a firearm or ammunition.
WI also has unlicensed open-carry available to it's citizens and anyone else visiting the state.Plus the right to keep and bear arms, along with our right to hunt and fish is enumerated inour state constitution.

There is also a bill working through the WI legislature right now that is better known as a castle doctrine in other states.
The right to self defense is viable in WI, and also printed in the statutes, While Illinois sees someone defending themselves against an attacker as being just as guilty as the aggressor and will charge you with battery for even trying fight back to save your, or your loved ones life from injury or death.

Just because we have not gotten concealed-carry provisions yet, it does not put us in the same class as IL. We have a gubernatorial race coming up in Nov. 2010, We expect and emand major changes to take place when out current governor is gone.

Exactly what is "Cally"?

I've heard some people call the Left Coast state "Cali", but they're mistaken. Cali is a city in Colombia, South America. CA, CAL and CALIF are recognized abbreviations for the largest state on the Left Coast, land of fruits and nuts. "Cali" is where the drug cartels are... They may also have some influence in CA, but let us not confuse the two places. ;)

WI does have a few nicer firearm laws compared to let's say CA, MD, and IL. We don't need to get neutered magazines, register our firearms, or need a permit to purchase ammunition or a firearm.

Unlicensed OC is nice, but we do have some restrictions that do need to change, like no vehicle carry, GFZ schools, and unable to carry into places that serve alcohol for consumption.

For those of you using Firefox AND ONLY THOSE USING FIREFOX !!!

Follow these steps to fix the no picture issue..... Step 1. Open Firefox.
Step 2. In the address bar type "about:config" and press Enter. And that's without the quotes. Step 3. You will be greeted by a humorous message that warns you may be violating Firefox's warranty. It's funny because there is no warranty. Click "I'll be careful, I promise" to continue. Step 4. You will now see a long list of parameters and the one we're looking for is "network.http.sendRefererHeader". Don't worry, they're alphabetized so scroll down to the N's and find "network.http.sendRefererHeader" or just copy and paste. Notice that the value for this parameters is something other than 2 -- I don't know what yours is set to, but know it ain't 2. Step 5. Double click on the "network.http.sendRefererHeader" line and a small popup box will open, allowing you to change the value. Make it "2" and press Enter. Step 6. refresh you browser window. Issue should be resolved.
Edit: For some unknown reason I am plagued with the "no pic" issue when I run certain updates. This will fix the issue each and every time.

For most of the 80's and the 90's Cali was the excepted slang name for California. I know that it is still in use but not as much. Most Americans would not even know that Santiago de Cali was a city in Colombia. So how would anyone get confused? Don't get technical.
