I was wondering if any of you out there would like to help pitch in and donate for T Vance's IKEA FOIA? We could either let it be or we could acquire the lapel mic's and any video if any and post the encounter. Let me know your thoughts!

How are you going to handle donations? Are we going to give money directly to T Vance?

    I'm fine with that.

Yeah I wonder the same thing. Your car was ALOT closer to the officers than mine was. I estimate at the furthest point the officers were away from thier car in the IKEA inceident was at least 200 yards.
yeah, i wouldn't be surprised if nothing really comes up form it.... we'll see.... you know, i think it is funny you and i are talking back and fourth on two difrent forums... LOL

Ok, just wanted to make sure they weren't to be made out to T Vance. Money is tight right now but I'll try to send something.

Actually that would be Brian Jeffs
Anything I post may be my opinion and not the law... you are responsible to do your own verification.

Blackstone (1753-1765) maintains that "the law holds that it is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer."

Do they charge for no audio, or only if there is an audio?
i.e. Do you pay for the request, or for the info requested.

They charge per pafe of a report, and video, and audio. You have to pay for everything that you request that is handed over to you.
You can review everything there before you buy it though. I'd hate for you to get just a 45 min video of the parking lot.
