i cant find any section on the Virginia code that prohibits the purchase ofbeer while open carryeven if imnot under the influence of alcohol or drugs

i don't want to drink it at the 7-11, i just want to take it home !!!

FWIW, I buy all my beer in Virginia while OCing.... because I OC 100% of the time!

Edit: Speaking of which, this may sound boring to those of you east of the rockies, but I sure do look forward to the 12 of Yuengling I'm going to pick up as soon as I arrive home for Christmas.
