i signed the petition, and have been hearing alot of people say dont worry, but Feb 2011 is rolling up on us and i have not seen any action yet. so when is this going down?

Then it was Turkey Day.

As such, you should expect a case filing in the next 60 days to co-ordinate with the legislative push lead by NRA.
