My thoughts are that some people have not voted and seeing a trend or early results may influence their vote or their decision tovote thereby skewing the results.

I know the candidates are on pins and needles, but I think it's best to wait until the end.

Sure exit polling is a great thing. Just so long as you don't ask me. I always answer those the same way to skew the results. "Which person were you supporting again Mr or Mrs ExitPoller? Oh, ok, I voted for the other guy and or issue. Thanks for wasting my time."
