I saw on a previous post something about AB357 changing the "may issue" to "shall issue". The search thingy here timed out, soI can't find what happened with that bill. Can someone bring me up to date on what happened with it? Thanks.

If I remember correctly the author pulled it while it was in committee.

After it failed to get enough votes in that committee.
