Anyone listen to the Richmond PD feed? Sounds like R2D2 on crack. I'm guessing this is due to the digital encrypted system they switched to a few years back.

My question is, why is someone monitoring and providing a live feed of garbled beeps and clicks?

Edit: Nevermind, I thought they were just talking about two guys open carrying, but they just committed an armed robbery and were running away from the scene with handguns.
