Pretty good report, until you get to the last couple of paragraphs. You knew MSNBC couldn't help but let their bias shine through a little.:lol:

As was probably the plan from the beginning, the sham of 2009's HB2144 raises its ugly head again.

Virginia did no such thing. All HB2144 does is make it illegal for the State Police to release the information from their state-wide repository. Every CHP application is still vulnerable to public view and unlimited dissemination at the local court clerk's office.
