California requires OC to be unloaded! Silly huh? And get this, the police even have the "authority" under state law to stop you absent reasonable suspicion and search your gun to make sure it's unloaded. Refusal to allow them to search is a crime! (Penal Code 12031(e)).

That's right, asserting your 4th amendment right to be free from unreasonable search is a crime in the People's Demokratic Republik of Kalifornia.

That is a good one. Maybe we should start calling California UOC"Barney Fife Carry"!!

Don't want to denegrate those that are forced to carry UOC, only the asinine law.
